The houses are built using the technology of a durable and rigid steel frame
– very stable construction with no cracks, wall movements as on timber
frame houses.

They are well insulated with PUR foam technology in external walls, roof
and floor, which means you can live in them all year. Sound prove rock
wool in internal partition walls.

All water pipes running in special heated sleeve, you don’t have to drain the
system for the winter anymore, even you don’t stay in the house and the
heating system is turned off.
